Obtention d'un catalogue de séquences (q.dat)
syntaxe: getz '[nom_banque-champ:valeur]'
Le champ peut etre le libellé court (org) ou le libellé long (organisme)
et alltext (all) pour tous les champs indexés de la banque.
La liste des noms des banques est obtenue avec l'option -libs
La liste des champs d'une banque est obtenue avec l'option -info

ex: getz '[prosite-des:protease]' >q.dat
Dans l'exemple, le résultat de getz est redirigé dans le fichier q.dat par le symbol UNIX ">".
ex: getz '[swissprot-alltext:trna & synthetase]'

Edition des liens entre les séquences de banque
requêtes sans option:
permet de créer une liste de séquences liées.
ex: getz '[prosite-des:protease]>swissprot'
requêtes avec option: l'option porte sur la banque liée commme l'affichage
des champs designés par l'option -f <string>.
